You are eligible to use Toyota Connect if you are based in Pakistan and have a Toyota Corolla with the required entertainment system in your car. Please contact our helpline for more information.

The application with 4GB monthly data package is free for six months for customers who have purchased 1.8 variant from Aug 2018 onwards. The subscription can be renewed online through Toyota Connect App or by calling 0317-Connect (2666328).

Toyota Connect application can be subscribed by all Toyota Altis 1.8 & Grande 2017 onwards customers. Customers of Altis 1.6, GLI & XLI will need to replace the infotainment system with that of 1.8 Altis.

The Toyota Connect Application :

“Toyota Connect Pakistan” app can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It can also be downloaded by scanning the QR code on the user guide.
Application is only compatible with operating system Android version 4.1 and above / IOS 10 and above. Please check your operating system version and upgrade if required.
Alerts notification notifies you with the status of the car that includes Ignition on / off, Harsh Brake, Overspeeding, Engine Idle, SOS, Service Due, Low Fuel, & Door Open Warning.
Your score report observes and analyses your driving behaviour and provides you with a representation of your driving performance. You can access detailed score reports on the Toyota Connect web portal at

Yes, you can access the Toyota Connect web portal from our website: Please note that the "Find My Car" feature is not available on the web portal.
You can add up to 10 cars on your mobile app.
Up to 5 users can log onto the same account using the same user name and password.

Sim Packages :

1. Turn off your engine and wait for 2 minutes
2. Pull out the sim card slot using the pin provided to you in your manual. You may also use any safety pin.
3. Put the sim card into the small rectangle in the sim card slot.
4. Insert the slot back into the infotainment system.
5. Start your engine.

Your data will expire at the end of the month.
Your data package refreshes itself to its maximum on the 1st of every month. You will receive data on a pro-rate basis for your first month which means that the data you receive will be proportional to the number of days left in your first month. For example, a person signing up on 15th of a month will receive 2GB of data for the remainder of that month, with his data refreshing to 4GB on the 1st of the next month.
No, your data will simply be refreshed to 4/10/24/50 GB at the start of every new month.
According to our recharge policy, your data is recharged on a pro rate basis. For example, if you have a 4GB monthly package and request a recharge with 15 days left in the month, you will receive 2GB of data.
No, you will not be able to use Toyota Connect unless you have an authorised sim provided by us.

You will initially receive a data sim with a 4GB monthly package. You may upgrade your data package through Toyota Connect App or by calling our customer service helpline at 0317-Connect (2666328).
You can recharge/upgrade your data through the Toyota Connect web portal by selecting the “Data Recharge & Upgrade” icon on the right bar and following the subsequent steps.
